Surveys Locked + Gathering Numbers for the order!

Hey there! 

Sorry we were a little late on getting those surveys locked. We were out of town this past weekend selling at San Japan, and thought that the surveys would have locked automatically. 

Now that we're back, we've sent out a final notice for the surveys through Backerkit, so those remaining few of you that haven't filled out your surveys yet still have some time. Even if you don't finish your survey before they lock for good, you'll still get what you pledged for, but your shipment may be delayed. You'll also still be able to update your address up until right before we start shipping out rewards, so don't worry if you think you might need to change it later!

Now that we've got (almost) all of the survey data, we'll start figuring out what numbers we need of each design and size and place the order with our manufacturer.

Survey Deadline is August 31!

The last day to make final updates to your order is 8 days away! After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can still update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping, which will be closer to when we start fulfillment, and we'll make another backer update to let everyone know in case you need to update your addresses!

If you don't fill out your survey until after August 31, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

Lanyards are here!

We got in our shipment of lanyards today! It included new identities we didn't have before (genderqueer, genderfluid, and 5-stripe lesbian flag) as well as restocks of some we'd ordered before. 

These are all now all available at our online shop! 

We used a new manufacturer this time, and we're really happy with the quality! We had only one issue with the color on the ace lanyards. We had tinted the white slightly gray to better show off the sparkles. This hadn't been a problem in previous batches, but with this printer it printed a cool gray that's almost blue. It's really hard to capture the color on camera, so we couldn't tell when the manufacturer sent us a color proof. It's something that we unfortunately couldn't tell until we had them in hand. We've tried to edit a picture as accurate to how they appear in real life as possible:

It's even more noticable when it's next to something with pure white, like this trans lanyard:

We'll be re-printing the ace lanyards with a pure white stripe so that they look closer to the asexual flag. This shouldn't cause any delays in shipping Kickstarter rewards though! We've scheduled the start of fulfillment for November, and that's plenty of time for new ace lanyards to get to us.

Check your inboxes, because surveys are on their way to you now! If you can't find yours, make sure to check your spam as well, as it might have ended up there. 

You'll have until August 31 to fill out your surveys, and make sure to do that as soon as possible, because that's where you let us know the size and designs of any clothing you ordered! It's also where we collect your address. You will have the ability to change your address through your Backerkit survey any time before we start shipping (hopefully in November!).

If you change your mind about any size or design you want, you'll have until August 31 to make any changes to the designs or sizes. We'll be putting in the order with our manufacturer after that, so make sure to get it done by then! If there's any other goodies from the campaign that you'd like now that it's over, you're able to add those to your cart when you go through the survey.

If you miss the August 1st to August 31st window, we will still be able to ship you clothing items you pledged for - but our stock may be limited so you may not be able to get your first choice of design and/or size. So go get those surveys in!!

If you paid extra for add-ons during the campaign, the survey is where you'll be able to choose those as well! BackerKit will take you through the items included in your pledge tier, and then you'll have an extra credit at the end that you'll be able to apply to the other add-ons you'd like. 

All of the Digital Pixel Pride Wallpapers have been sent via email to download as well! The version 1 pack includes the six identities from the campaign, as well as lesbian, sapphic, and genderfluid. A version 2 will be sent out in the next month with even more identities for a total of 15 or more! Comment below or send us an email for the other identities you'd like to see as Pixel Pride Wallpapers!

As we said during the campaign, if you added to your pledge for extra clothing items, you'll be charged some extra shipping after going through the survey. Clothing is pretty heavy, so even one extra item can add on to the shipping cost!

Surveys on the way Soon

It took a little longer for the Kickstarter funds to hit our bank account than we originally thought, so we're a bit behind on getting surveys sent out. We have the funds now, and just finalized the surveys through Backerkit. We didn't realize that the surveys need two business days to be approved before they can be send out to backers, though (our bad). The surveys are in review right now, and should start going out to you in the next week!
