Pins have Arrived and Final Batch of Rewards Sent Out!

Hello everyone! The pins finally arrived! We were able to ship out the remaining orders, so they should be arriving in the next few days for US orders and a few weeks for international ones. All orders have now been officially shipped out. You should have gotten an email with your tracking number, so please check your inboxes and contact us if you have any questions or troubles with your order!

Since that's all been wrapped up, we've put up the remainder of clothing stock, pins stock, lanyard stock and sticker stock, ready to ship on our usual store schedule! So if you wanna pick up an extra skirt or pants for you or a friend, make sure to do so ASAP because stock is limited!

Rewards are On Their Way!

We've finished packing up the bulk of the orders! Unless your order included an enamel pin (which we still don't have yet), your order has been shipped out! All US orders were shipped via Priority mail, so they should arrive pretty quick, within 3-4 days if not sooner; make sure to check your inboxes for a tracking email for a better idea of when yours'll get to you. 

Speaking of pins, while we don't have them in our hands, we did get a sample photo from our manufacturer!

We should have them in hand by mid to late November, and then we can finish up the rest of the orders.

Clothing Fulfilment is ready to BEGIN!! Get HYPE!

 Hello everyone! With all the clothes sorted and quality checks complete, fulfillment on the clothing you all helped make possible is ready to begin! 

There's just one little final step before we can start printing labels and shipping them out, which is the locking down of shipping addresses through BackerKit. If you moved recently you'll be able to change your address you submitted to your survey for the next 48 hours starting when this update goes live - so you have until 10 PM CDT on Oct. 24th to change your address if needed, and then the provided address will be the one we'll be shipping out to (unless you contact us directly before your pledge ships). After these 48 hours are up, BackerKit will also be charging cards for any add-ons or extras, so if you got some of those keep an eye out just in case something goes wrong so you can get it fixed up.

 If y'all still have not gotten a survey, are having trouble changing your address, or have any other problems, questions, or comments just shoot an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you ASAP!

One of our backers asked for discrete packing without mention of LGBT stuff in/on the package in case their family snooped in their mail - and for anyone else who needs that, we are happy to accommodate for it. So please just send an email to [email protected] with the email address you used with BackerKit before the final address lock if you need us to do that for you. Then we will add a note in BackerKit so we know to ship your rewards with the packing slip saying that it's just a colorful article of clothing. ;D

Clothes Have Arrived!

All of our clothing arrived much sooner than we thought it would! We spent yesterday sorting, counting, and size labeling everything. A thrilling process, which you can view some of right here! (my dog makes a cameo)

Man, I wish we could really move this fast.

Now that we've finished that, it's time to move on to quality checking. We'll be inspecting the clothes to make sure they're up to our standards before we ship them out to you guys. 

We're still waiting on the enamel pins, and are likely to still be waiting for a little bit. Our plan right now after we've finished our quality check is to start fulfillment early on orders that didn't include enamel pins, because we want to start getting your rewards out to you as soon as we can! We'll send out another update when orders actually start shipping, so you can know when to be on the lookout for them in your mailbox.

Stickers are here and all other production has begun!

We just got the Kickstarter stickers in the mail the other day! They look so CUTE!

Production has also been started for all the other items from the campaign. We've placed the orders for the clothing and the enamel pins with our manufacturers, and those should get to us in a little more than a month. After that, we'll be able to start working on getting your rewards out to you!

We've also placed the order for the shipping materials we need. As a reminder, all US orders will be shipped Priority Mail, and international orders will be shipped via First Class mail with USPS. All packages will include tracking and also insurance, so you'll be reimbursed if your package is lost in the mail. 

There's a very small percentage of you who haven't filled out your Backerkit surveys yet, so don't forget to do that! And you'll also be able to update your address any time from now until we're about to ship orders, and we'll post an update when that deadline is approaching so that no one misses it!
